The service throughout the hotel is world class. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was spotless and the amenities were perfection. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Quality of the coffee in the coffee shop was disappointing.
Cigar lounge was brilliant.
Pool staff were great.
Room was nice.
Dining options could include more variety.

Everything was great except the ac would not get cold. The room was hot. We had to open the door to the balcony. In the morning the I went to take a shower and the water took about 15 minutes to get hot. I had to step out and leave it running. I was about to turn it off thinking it would never get hot then finally it started to warm up.

It was the first time staying at this property and I must say I was impressed and surprised at the cleanliness of the room and property. The king room with balcony was spacious, very clean and top notch. I’ve stayed at properties in Las Vegas and others but it definitely left a great impression on my wife and myself. We stayed one night for a concert in the area on Valentine’s Day.

Nice and comfortable non smoking hotel.
I was surprised no slippers in the room ($15). Food and service at restaurants were excellent.

Glad a restaurant on site had good food and fairly priced. Nice to have great water pressure and a big tub. Little extras like water and chocolate was nice.

This is a nice place to stay. The Water Cafe is excellent. I also enjoyed staying at a ******. The only negative is that these prices were comparable to Wynn Las Vegas, and it isn’t in the quality of the Wynn. The staff were great.

Staff was friendly and the cafe was great! Slots were awesome. Only complaint is maybe there should be security at the doors to deter people who aren’t playing at the ****** or staying at hotel.

The property is appointed in a subtley classy manner. Same for the room. We thought the bathroom was really classy.
