We spent 5 nights at Va'a i te Moana and it was lovely. Very big, clean and modern bungalows, super delicious, fresh breakfast and dinner, gracious hosts, bicycles which we were allowed to use at any time and are perfect for exploring the island, perfectly located near the Tiputa pass and the village, very helpful in arranging Excursions etc. Thank you very much for everything, we can highly recommend you and wish you all the best! Awesome Place for the adventure traveler.Stayed in one of the Cabana's...RangiRoa is a place of incredible Beauty and tranquility...Magical Really.Not for the Party Hipster or Bora Bora crowd but for those that want to experience the "island life" with No Crime-Stop Lights or even a TV.Please be kind to the Locals and all the staff at the Va te Moana...And enjoy the Beauty of this special place

Nice quiet location, walking distance to the dolphin lookout. Big sun decks on each cottage, good sized cottages, firm mattress. Free bicycles. Owners are lovely and readily make dinner reservations at nearby restaurants. Both breakfast and dinner (dinner is extra $) are fresh and tasty and in good quantity. No A/C, but close to ocean and fans do the trick. Walking distance to 2 stores and 2 great restaurants (Lilly's and Chez Josephine). Unfortunately the paint is peeling severely both inside and outside. Rooms need to be swept daily to keep the mess to a minimum. Gives the place a very sad and worn appearance-- which is a shame because it's otherwise very lovely.

They promise stuff on their site and don't deliver. They wouldn't give a promised tour or a promised arrival drink. They were rude with bad attitudes. On literally 5 occasions, my door handle was so broken that I was locked inside of my room. The couple who runs this lied about other weird stuff like where they were educated.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette pension. 6 ans après, le même bungalow toujours aussi confortable, la pension propose un excellent PDJ, varié, avec d'excellents pancakes. (Merci Maui) Le bonheur de cette pension vient de ceux qui y travaille , Manava à elle seule est un amour, un véritable soleil, toujours souriante, disponible, dévouée, elle contribue avec ses adorables parents à passer un super séjour de 10 jours. Merci et bisous à vous tous.

Notre coup de cœur en Polynésie, propriétaires charmants, bungalow confortable avec chambre(bonne literie) salon kitchenette, grande salle d’eau et belle terrasse avec transat et douche extérieure. Bon petit déjeuner copieux servi avec le sourire, à 300 mètre de la passe ou les dauphins font leur show tous les soirs, que du bonheur

Super accueil, bienveillant, de bons conseils. Pension qui s'adapte à vos horaires d'excursion et vous aide en cas de soucis, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Passe de Tiputa/Cité des dauphins à 5 min. On a beaucoup apprécié !

Tout était vraiment parfait! Je n'ai malheureusement pu rester qu'un week-end mais tout était au top! Que ce soit l'accueil comme le retour. Des dortoirs au top, très spacieuse et bien équipée, ventilée comme il le faut, des bungalows super beaux. Une cuisine à tomber avec le chef Andrea (qui fait aussi de très bon cocktails) surtout les pizzas! Un personnel très accueillant et chaleureux à souhait. L'hôtesse de maison vous accueille avec un franc sourire et de la bienveillance tout comme son mari et le reste du personnel, qui honnêtement ressemble à la famille tellement ils sont proches les uns des autres et se respectent mutuellement! Des vélos sont mis à disposition mais à pieds, nous sommes proches de la cité des dauphins, du Kiaora pour boire un verre (ou deux!), des snacks sont à proximité, donc tout est faisable à pieds. A refaire! Je recommande vivement les yeux fermés! Viva Rangiroa! Viva Va'a i te Moana! PS: leur petite Moana est une vraie perle! Adorable comme ses parents et pleine de vie, et d'une finesse d'esprit ;)
