Perfect! Cozy! Super Host! Thanks to the Fralicks for the opportunity to relax in their wonderful cabin. It's nestled up against a treeline with a beautiful pond right out front. The kids caught bass and bream and Vicki said we could keep as many of the bass as we wanted to help balance the population. We put them back, but next time we'll come prepared for a fish fry! There's a nice dock where the fish are fed and lurking nearby under the structure are a couple of 30lb catfish ready to devour any unlucky fingerlings that swim out from the cover along the banks. The pond was fun, but the real reason we rented was access to the trails at Camp Claiborne which is about a mile down the road. We brought an electric dirt bike and electric scooter that the kids rode around the pond and cabin and along the train track that runs along hwy 165. They even proposed putting coins on the tracks and I told them not to do anything I wouldn't do. They ended up with some unique artifacts, lol! If you're wondering about the noise being that close to the tracks, rest assured the train only passes once a day at 10am. We had a great time out at the cabin and will definitely be coming back next time we ride the trails at Camp Claiborne. Thanks again to the Fralicks for the hospitality and for NOT being the nosy landlord that wants to be all up in your business. The kids and I felt very comfortable on the property and it was the perfect place for us to bond and create memories.

Beautiful cabin good fishing We stayed here for a week with my girlfriend my little brother and my mom it was a very cozy comfortable cabin very well lept and the pond was a great little fishing hole close to pther good fiahing spots 10/10 would recommend
