The hotel is very nice, comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The variety of the food were excellent The taste of the food was delicious and fresh. I stayed 3 nights and 4 days, I really enjoyed every moment in this hotel and looking forward to come back 🙏

Super amazing Sea Nile view. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful especially Mina who recommended for us the best places to visit in Ras el Bar.We enjoyed the beach sunset view and the night singer. The breakfast was very nice with a great variety of dishes. Ras el Bar is known also for the best seafood and ducks dishes. The Sea Door restaurant was one of the best to enjoy these dishes. We visited El Gerby and El Lessan and enjoyed the best weather and calmness in May. It's not recommended to go during the high season in June till September. I definitely will repeat the same place in our next visit.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Our vacation was made even more special by your gracious hospitality. We appreciate your warmth . If I can thank by name Mr Hisham Saied , Mr Ahmed Naguib , Ms Gina Taher , Ms Rewan El Sayed ….

It was a fabulous experience. The hotel is enjoying, clean, organized and has a charming view of both the Nile meeting the sea. As soon as we arrived the rooms were fast ready. All the board was totally welcoming and helpful. About the food, the breakfast was really tasty with variety and the bakeries were perfectly made and delicious, special thank for the baker. the restaurant is elegant, clean with helpful and well trained staff, especially the girl named REWAN she is so cheerful and helpful with good client communication skills. On the other side, the hotel beach is good but a little small, but with good service and help. hope to be able to come again, God willing.

The hotel view and location are marvellous, clean bedrooms, staff are helpful and good attitude and well mannered, varieties on the buffet as usual in all steigenberger hotels

I really loved it the room was wonderful with beautiful view. Food was good staff are kind, I strongly recommend this hotel. Cause I check other hotels as well this is definitely the best one for me. Overall it was a great experience, would definitely go back again.
