Good place to stay. Only thing is that pool closes too soon

It's really difficult to know where to begin when describing our holiday in the Dolomites at Autentis. Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel management found the perfect balance between the familiar a**osphere of a family owned hotel and the professionalism that a modern four stars demand. We were welcomed in the most friendly way by the young girl at the reception and immediately started feeling at home. The spa facilities are incredible. Because there is a total of 6 saunas (and steam baths) there is never too crowded and the resting areas are quiet and comfortable. Two swimming pools make the wellness experience complete. The food is delicious, a nice combination between the Italian and the Austrian/German cuisine. Raffaela stands out as dedicated member of staff, her spontaneity and enthusiasm are contagious. The rest of the staff is always at your disposal and make sure you have a great time. We also loved the attention to detail, the nicely and tastefully decorated interiors, including the room we stayed in. Lots of warm materials were used, mostly wood, and the hotel has a solid sustainability policy. We usually spend at least one holiday a year in the Alps and I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotels we stayed in, perhaps the best.

Wir waren für eine Woche zum Skifahren und Langlauf im Hotel. Der Standort ist gut, 3 Minuten zum Langlauf und 15 Minuten zum Kronplatz. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sieht gut aus. Außenpool und Wellnessbereich sind schön angelegt, wobei bei Auslastung des Hotels der Bereich etwas klein ist. Wir hatten die Suite Alpin und dies war eine der besten Zimmer die wir bisher in Südtirol hatten. Modern, tolle Einrichtung sehr sauber, einfach toll. Warum also nur drei Sterne. Wir waren extrem enttäuscht vom Essen. Die Spesen waren fast alle lauwarm und es gab als Haup**enü nur zwei Möglichkeiten als Auswahl, jeden Tag entweder Fleisch oder Vegetarisch. Es gab zwar noch jeden Tag die Möglichkeit ein Schnitzel zu bestellen, wobei diese so schlecht sind, daß man dies in einem 4 Sterne Haus nicht anbieten sollte. Wir hatten den Eindruck, das der Koch die ersten 5 Tage im Urlaub war. Die Portionen waren dann auch so klein, also ohne Worte. Besonders geärgert hat uns das Personal im Restaurant, die Damen waren nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten sehr nett, aber die Herren grüßen noch nicht mal zum Frühstück. Wir haben in 7 Tagen nicht einen freundlichen Empfang erlebt. Das ist dann eines 4Sterne Haus nicht würdig. Außerdem gab nach 6 Tagen das gleich Hauptgericht zur Auswahl, Hirsch. Kein Fisch im Angebot, das war uns einfach zu wenig. Wieso macht man Pizza am Büffet und hält diese dann nicht warm. Ab 9 Uhr beim Frühstück waren keine Körnerbrötchen mehr vorhanden, es fehlten Tassen, es wurde schleppend, wenn überhaupt nachgefüllt, aber schon die Tische für den Abend eindecken. Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber das Essen hat uns nicht begeistert.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Fernseher könnten moderner u größer sein. Teils neu, teils ältere Einrichtung. Küche und Frühstück sehr gut! Wellness super.

Siamo stati durante il nostro soggiorno estivo per una settimana. Hotel molto carino e curato in tutte le sue parti. Camera (anterseva superior) molto comodo e spaziosa, noi eravamo con la piccola di nemmeno 2anni e quindi avevamo anche il lettino ma lo spazio era sufficiente. Camere dotate di tutto o quasi, magari un bollitore non sarebbe male. Mini Frigorifero presente e funzionante. Letti alti e comodi anche in assenza di un topper. Noi eravamo al 3°piano quindi zero rumori, ma credo che anche ai piani più bassi non ci sia il problema. Zona relax adulti molto carina e pulita ed anche la zona open era molto carina, la nostra piccola si è divertita molto nelle due piscine. Per i piccoli c'è la loro stanza con tanti giochini. Zona beauty altrettanto valida. Molto comodo il servizio escursioni organizzato dalla struttura, la ragazza che faceva da guida molto gentile e diponibile. Le 2 ragazze alla reception molto attente e gentili come tutto lo staff del resto. La zona ristorante molto pulita e carina, colazioni molto buone, cene; ottima la carne (molti prodotti sono di loro produzione, infatti hanno il negozio sotto l'hotel, o di filiera cortissima) ed hanno una buona scelta di vini locali (bravi). Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più per i bimbi piccoli ma cmq accettabile, solo le merende erano a nostro parere un po' deficitarie, sia nella scelta che sopratutto nel gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato veramente tutto ma la pasticceria proprio no, magari sono gusti. Ci piacrebbe poter tornare in inverno. Saluti

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e rilassante settimana. Una bella struttura dotata di molti comfort, personale molto disponibile e soprattutto cibo ottimo. Nelle vicinanze, piccolo supermercato e sportello bancomat. Ottima la macelleria di famiglia raggiungibile anche senza dover uscire dalla struttura!

Il nostro impatto non è stato subito positivo: la nostra camera da letto molto piccola, ma lo potevo immaginare in quanto avevo prenotato quella base e la piscina esterna molto rumorosa e piena di bambini. Durante la settimana però ci siamo trovati benissimo: cibo eccellente e abbondante, dalla colazione, alla merenda, alla cena. Di piscine ce ne sono due e alla fine momenti tranquilli ne abbiamo trovati, inoltre la stanza piccola non è stato così un problema in quanto eravamo spesso fuori. Hanno una sala relax ONLY ADULTS molto carina per chi vuole pace e tranquillità per leggere e rilassarsi. Anche la sala giochi per i più piccoli è fatta molto bene, piena di giochi per bambini di ogni età. Servizio impeccabile , camerieri gentilissimi e disponibili su tutto. Ottima posizione per Lago di Braies e 3 Cime di Lavaredo
