Stayed for 3N4D and had a subpar experience. Pro: only one - the location Cons: It's a long list - Beach access is not easy, especially for aged/seniors - Staff is untrained and not professional - Owner doesn't bother to address concerns when raised through Booking dot com - Recreational area is not what it promises Hotel Room 1. High rate, due to Diwali vacations, but otherwise the rooms are very basic 2. No drinking water in room 3. No coffee maker in room 4. No storage spaces / cupboard 5. Just bed and attached washroom with AC and TV in room. No additional furniture. 6. Room is not worth more than 1500-2000. 7. Room upkeep is poor as well Restaurant : its in a mess!! Food quality is decent for a few items only. Better to avoid and eat out. 1. Very limited veg food options are the restaurant 2. Restaurant rates almost twice as outside in Dapoli/surrounding areas 3. Very slow and unprofessional service at restaurant 4. Does not operate throughout the day, forget around the clock In general the service and attitude is not up to the mark. The staff isn't aware about interesting spots to visit nearby and not very helpful either. Overall rating 1.5/5.0.... Much promised but very less delivered/experienced (for the cost)!!!! Do not recommend this property.
