Rooms were smelly. Not good behavior of staff. Duration in package are less than described. Felt scammed after using service. One star is very high for service provided I wish there was negative stars.

Makemytrip booked this place as 3-star hotel didn't meet the expectations rooms are big and spacious but not clean bathroom no continuous hot water its a solar water so early morning you can expect hot water ants everywhere in the room just one mirror in center of the wall only one person at a time should sit and use they don't provide dustbins in room, there is no TV either they will book a jungle safar, breeding center and local dance program for you staff is friendly breakfast not worthy, no buffet, they don't know what to server first the take all order and serve coffee first if you ask anything extra they will give a nice look as if they are doing a favor It doesn't have a three star luxury with #makemytrip had promised, didn't meet my expectation steps are not scientific more height than standard seniors will have tough time to climb even normal people also will face difficulty

excellent stay. the property is conveniently located across the river and the national park. Rooms are comfortable, staff are helpful and the food is good. The resort provides a secluded environment, while a busy tourist street is just outside of it!!

Great ambience! Rooms are surrounded with greenery and trees 🌴 Service is good, staffs are friendly. Would definitely stay again in my next Chitwan trip. I suggest everyone to stay here, you would not disappoint.

We loved our stay at Chitwan Tiger Camp! The staff were very helpful and friendly, food was the best we had in all our Nepal travels, and the location was great- right on the river in front of the jungle entrance! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the facilities overall were wonderful! Thank you Chitwan Tiger Camp team!

A very decent hotel, right by the river in Sauraha. Room was neat, with fan, ac, good hot water and clean bathroom. Gardens were very pleasant. Manager was very friendly and helpful, providing everything we needed.

As hotel was on the bank of river and now on river army has built short of wall so one side of flow is not there and became tar road and lots of hotels popped up. Room was cleaned. Staff is very friendly particularly Mr. Arjun. Unfortunately in the month of May 3rd May) it was raining very heavily. Breakfast has little choice but sufficient. Book your activities and forward bus journey by yourself only do not do it through hotel staff. In house restaurant has limited menu but food was very good and reasonable. Lots of nice hotels in the vicinity at same rate with better infra and facilities.

I have been there 3days It’s bad experience!😤poor wifi Had to go out of the room for better WiFi connection. They are serving the same food daily whether be it breakfast, lunch or dinner🤢 There is better hotels than this.

Horroroso. tremendamente sucios, sábanas, colcha. Almohadas negras llenas de Mohos, Bichos Comiéndose el Cabezal, el baño exageradamente sucio, Jamás se limpió. Desayunos: un poco de pan y una asta pasada, dura. un oco de Mermelada y mantequilla a repartir entre seis. Una mesa no tenia y el camarero nos quito la nuestra. Almuerzo mala Calidad, Lo unico la situacion buena, así como tantos otros. No puedo entender cómo hay buenos comentarios. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad.
