Leg got itchy after sleep on the bed. Carpet looks old.

Great last minute booking. Comfortable room and importantly close to Reading station. Front desk was manned until late making check in smooth.

It was a shame the steam room was out of order. Service very good and the hotel was quiet enough. The lifts are a bit slow. Gym looks decent and the pool and sauna was nice.

Very near to train station. Variety of breakfast. A museum is nearby.

Nice room. There is a pool and gym. If you are driving, you can email hotel with car plate to reserve a car park. 4 EV charging parking space is available. Tricky to find the car park though, so entrance on Station Rd.
Shopping area across the street. Find the Picnic cafe, they bakery and coffee is great.

It’s situated right at downtown, but also bcoz of this, car access could be restricted in some roads nearby so you need to be extra careful when driving to hotel (to avoid traffic tickets as they got surveillance camera all around). Parking spaces are very very limited. For both days we had to park at a nearby parking lot, and walked 10 min to hotel. Cleanliness is just so-so, but staff are very friendly.

Good stay overall and would stay again. Just some maintenance required in an otherwise nice hotel. Water machine in gym, coffee machines at breakfast, hair driers in gym, shower in room all broken. With a bit more time on general maintenance this place would be great. Service superb - great work from the staff!
