Room was very clean and advised to come with family. Staff are very friendly and supportive throughout the stay. They kept our language safety even after check out and very co operative. Coming back may be very soon

We stayed for two nights while visiting family and attending a wedding. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We found all the staff to be great but Daniela and Gyorgyi were excellent - They helped sort our rooms out after a slight problem straight away. Both our rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. We thought the free tea and coffee in the reception area was a lovely touch. The coffee was delicious.

I stayed for a few days in this hotel and the experience was really nice. The staff was very attentive, specially when I did the check-in, they explained me everything really well and offered me some coffee so I felt very welcome.

Some of the most unprofessional and incompetent staff I have come across, they are rude and will even charge you extra for parking but will conveniently forget to put your registration number on the parking system. Find another hotel, I will never stay at this hotel.
