When we got dropped off, our taxi driver warned us that this was a dangerous area. We then looked across and there were 8 armed police on the corner of the street monitoring a bloc party. This went on until 4am, we had no sleep at all, and to top it all off, even the staff on reception said "this is very dangerous area, don't be surprised if you get watched in case people get your phone or money". Had a booking for three nights, only stayed one - but of course all the owner cared about was 'no refund, no refund'. Do not stay in this area.

Room had very nice decor, comfy bed, and hot shower. Unfortunately street noise is very loud and we struggled to sleep even with earplugs. Also WiFi was too weak to work in the rooms, didn't get a chance to test it in the common areas.

Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel super agradable, la atención de Patricia igual, el único problema es que no se puede dormir bien, ya que donde está ubicado es un barrio bohemio el ruido es desagradable.

Excelente localização, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho ótima. Limpeza de quarto e banheiro muito boa. Tem várias opções de bares, restaurantes, café nas proximidades. Funcionários da recepção muito solícitos.

Los cuartos estaban bastante bien. Se ve que están remodelados pero el ruido en los alrededores es excesivo y hasta altas horas. La zona se sentía insegura y no había elevador

O hotel tem um preço honesto e é extremamente bem localizado. Fica ao lado do Patio Bellavista e próximo do metrô. No entanto fica em local muito barulhento e não possui isolamento acústico. Se você tem sono leve, nao recomendo. A água do chuveiro também é difícil de ajustar.
