Clean room Great value on the date of our stay: 5/24/24 Nice room amenities: chairs, tables, coffee area, interior design Wonderful front desk staff at check in Breakfast FAR better than the offerings at Hampton Inn Conveniet to freeway Will definitely stay here again

This Holiday Inn had the best beds, sheets, and pillows we have ever had at a motel/hotel! I would love such comfort at my own home! Totally the best sleep ever!

The reception in the evening was very good however upon check in the hotel was over booked which put us (as a family) into two rooms and not the one we paid for. Of the two rooms, one tv didnt work and one door wouldnt lock when leaving the room. I advised the staff of the security issue and they only wrote a note about it.
Upon checking out i waited to speak with someone at the desk and after 17 minutes, we gave up and left our room keys in the key drop for check out. Very discouraging experience.

Our room had ants in it. We asked for extra pillows & ended up falling asleep a hr later waiting for them to come. Never came.

Not many great hotel choices in Redding that seem worth the price. This is a totally refurbished hotel right off the highway. Yes, that means you will hear highway noise, however I am noise sensitive and turning on the AC unit fan blunted all the noise, and it was not a problem at all. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a larger than average spread. Friendly staff. I don't see a reason to spend more money at any other nearby chain hotels.

The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.
