This motel it is a gem. The property is well kept. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay. Check in was a breeze. Thank you for the attention. We highly recommend San Vista

Friendly staff, especially Diane and cute pool and seating area back on the water but the vast majority of the motel is on a busy, noisy road that kept us up at night. The pictures are a bit deceiving. While the decor is beachy, one person can barely fit in the bathroom and the kitchenette is very small. The noise and bathroom will keep us from coming back.

We had a great experience at Sand Vista! We loved that it was pet friendly and close to everything. Such a great price for our weekend getaway!

Definitely clean and cute little place. We only stayed one night. The beds were soft but comfortable. Some people might find the shower stall a bit small and a little bottle of shampoo would have been nice. I did make an edit to Google maps because when navigating to this place It took me to a house a mile and a half down the street. Don't know if my edit fixed the problem so be aware.

Across the street from beach. Nice dock and pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Diane was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again…

The property is in pristine condition. People working there are very amicable and helpful. The rooms are in excellent shape and cleaniness... everything is easy to understand, and the facilities are located very close to the beach and on the intracoastal. Thanks

This beach rental is lovely! We stayed in a cute little room with a kitchenette. It’s across the street from the beach, the pool is great, and the dock at the back of the property affords a view of manatees throughout the day! It’s clean, cozy and accommodating.
