Leider sind es viele kleine Dinge, die zeigen, dass das Hotel seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Die Zimmer haben den Charme der 80er und es wirkt alles abgegriffen. Der Spa könnte sehr schön sein, leider ist alles etwas schmuddelig, das Wasser im Pool ist nicht wirklich sauber und es stehen volle Aschenbecher herum

Nous sommes si journée dans cet hôtel le 21 /7/2022. Accueil au top petit bémol piscine pas chauffé. Ce que concerne le restaurant menu demi-pension très retravaillé service de salle au top la personne elle était très gentille très accueillante j'adore cet hôtel je reviendrai avec mes deux filles. À conseiller

Eigentlich wäre alles vorhanden um den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Der Wellness Bereich und Pool wird aber vernachlässigt, ist stickig und von Personal verwaist. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, waren vor Jahrzehnten aber sicher nobel und zeitgemäß. Diese Beschreibung trifft auch auf den Betreiber zu, welcher zwar selbstbewusst und von sich überzeugt auftritt, jedoch mit der Organisation eines Hotels überfordert zu sein scheint. Das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen an, die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, jedoch zu wenige, was dazu führt dass ein Abendessen 3 Stunden in Anspruch nimmt. Alles in Allem ein sehr ernüchternder Aufenthalt. Wir werden mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie nicht nochmal hinfahren.

Très déçu. Je suis aller pour pâque le 17 avril Mal accueilli Pas assez de personnel On a pas eu notre vin qu’on a commander et on voyais même pas le maître d’hôtel Là fin on a commander un fromage Qu’on a jamais eu et de plus sur notre addition on a compter le vin qu’on a pas bu Pas de professionnalisme le maître d’hôtel Christian A oublier pleine des chose Franchement c’était nul J’ai étais déçus car c’était mon anniversaire Il faut pas aller dans ce restaurant très déçu il se meme pas excusez rien pour avoir oublier de nous servir Nul nul Dommage un grand restaurant comme sa manque des expériences Zeppa Saberine

Positifs Accueil parfait Personnel et service super Très bons petits déjeuners Restaurant bons plats et assiettes bien décorées Très propre Belles piscines Bien situé Négatifs Heureusement qu'il y avait de la place car notre réservation faite par téléphone n'était pas enregistrée Frigo dans la chambre en panne tout le séjour Décorations de tout l'hôtel démodée Chambres non climatisées (ventilateur au plafond) Planche de WC détachée dans la chambre réparée par nos soins ! Pas de carte pour le choix des apéritifs
