優：房間兩層，解決家庭4人入住，房間安靜
劣：用品比較簡單，建議自己準備刷牙和洗浴用品；另外設施略舊

It was ok for short time. Some inconveniences, lights didn't work, ran out of hot water one eve, and there weren't enought electric plugs in the room. Just 2 plugs and those were for foot lamp and kettle. Room had small kitchen with supplies, which was nice.

The hotel was good in terms of quality/price.
However the hotels couldn’t find the reservation from **********. Had to have another reservation on the spot that we had to pay

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was comfortably large enough for our family. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The hotel was easy to find and close to both Rennes city centre and the ring road surrounding the city.
The only two small criticisms were that the accommodation was quite stark, which was exasperated by the size of the rooms, and that the height of the shower barely catered for my average height. If I had been taller then I would have had to crouch to wash my hair.

En déplacement pro. à Rennes, j’ai choisi Appart’City pour sa proximité avec l’établissement où je devais me rendre. L’arrivée se fait facilement, la réception est ouverte jusqu’à minuit le dimanche. Le personnel est accueillant, avec le sourire et c’est agréable. La chambre est globalement propre, quelques défauts: peinture mal réalisée, manque de prises électriques, rideaux dont les rails sont ballotant et vitres pas très propres. Je vous conseille de prendre le parking, il est très difficile de se stationner à proximité. Les places sont étroites malgré tout… Le gros bémol est sur le manque de civisme des gens (portes qui claquent sans arrêt, même après 23h et avant 7h), et les travaux qui avaient lieux dans l’établissement sur l’ascenseur qui commençaient tôt le matin (à 8h ça tape déjà…)
