We are absolutely delighted with our stay at Omma Suites. The expansive outdoor terrace, approximately 40 square meters, with its breathtaking sea view, provided an extraordinarily luxurious atmosphere. Manousos was incredibly helpful, offering expert guidance on the best beaches, restaurants, and even assisting us in booking a nearby hotel for our final night as well as arranging a taxi to the airport. His exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. Omma Suites is highly recommended, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Crete.

I recently had the privilege of staying at Omms Suits, and it was an unparalleled experience from start to finish. Every detail, from the room amenities to the dining options, was meticulously curated for guests' comfort. A special mention to Yana, whose exceptional customer service stood out. Her helpfulness, kidness, and dedication to ensuring my stay was memorable was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. Five stars 🌟

Wir hatten eine Executive Suite mit Whirlpool und großer Terrasse. Vom Empfang bis zum CheckIn passte alles, sogar eine Flasche Wein gab es noch obendrauf. Zimmer schön, gutes Bett, schöne Dusche. Alles sehr hochwertig und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Zwei Kritikpunkte: 1) der Whirlpool ist ein klassischer Hottube, d.h. bei einer hohen Außentemperatur verspricht er keine Abkühlung 2) die Unterkunft liegt neben einer lauten Kneipe, die auch mal bis 3 Uhr morgens laute Musik spielt.

Mooie , nette ,moderne kamer. Gezellig uitzicht en heerlijk zo een jacuzzi voor jezelf! Leuke boulevard en ook leuk oud centrum met kleine steegjes. Jammer dat 1 avond de muziek van verderop te overheersend was. Het ontbijt bij living room was ook perfect en meer dan genoeg.
