Unpleasant experience with this accommodation. Toilet was not cleaned after the group that left before our check in. We could not use it. We requested an invoice and they assured us we will receive it via e-mail. We did not, it’s been a week and no answer from them since check-out. Today, after leaving a review on booking stating the above, they tried charging our card (they request credit card info for a deposit in case of damage). We did not do any damage during the few hours we slept in that room, we followed the non-smoking rule and kept the quiet hours. Sad to leave this review, location is central and the city is charming. Reutlingen is definitely worth a visit but beware that checking in wachtraum might leave a bitter aftertaste.
