Good location, in the center of the town. The stuff were nice. The room was clean.

You have to ask to have your room cleaned also for fresh towels etc
The hotel is seriously in need of repairs
The complementary breakfast is an absolute joke
For almost $200 a night you would expect more than this
No hot water at night on 3 nights only Luke warm
The hot tub smells of serious chlorine almost noxious
Just a horrible hotel

The price of the accommodation suited our budget. It is close to Denny’s so we were able to walk to dinner. The included breakfast at the hotel was super convenient

I expect a less expensive hotel to have less amenities but this hotel was in poor repair. Shower rod and towel hooks were loose. Door stopper was through the door. Public areas were very cold, probably because the thermostat was set at 17. Pool area was like being outside.

Room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, pizza box and half drank beer in the mini fridge, plastic and stains on night stands, toilet had pee drops on lid. Only thing properly cleaned was bedding

Property right beside Tim Hortons and convenience store/gas station. Room was spacious enough for 4 occupants with ski gear for 3 nights. Staff at front deck friendly and efficient.

Just pretty close to the tracks, no phone in the room to reach the front desk. I’d never seen that before. I don’t really travel a lot though.

The room was great. Outside the back door we did not feel safe to leave our vehicle there as it was very dark. We moved our vehicle to the front.
