非常好的一次體驗，酒店很有設計感，精緻而乾淨。前台人員非常熱情友善。特別是前台一位華裔小姐姐，耐心而禮貌，普通話也説的很好，幫我們解決了很多問題，在此特地感謝她。床品也很舒適，可以説是這次我們北歐之行住過那麼多酒店最好的。強烈推薦這家酒店

Our favorite part of this hotel was the location, although everything else was also terrific. It is located on the primary restaurant and shopping street, much of which is a pedestrian mall, and is minutes walk from the water and the famous church. The room was very, very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Our only struggle was to understand the lighting . . . all switches were dimmable but didn't turn the lights off - you had to double click the wall switch to turn the lights off. We loved our stay here.

The front desk agent, Inga, sorry don't know how to write or even pronounce her name, provides great customer service. Hotel is at great location, restaurant downstairs great as well.

Great hotel with a central position and the Junior Suite was fantastic, with the sauna on the balcony. Highly recommended!

Totally amazing the staff went above and beyond for us. Found a room for us a let us check in earlier an even offered us champagne on arrival. The beds were heaven and was the center of everything. Totally recommend here.

Hotel in the heart of downtown. Lots of great places to eat! Staff was amazingly nice. Virginia went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Very clean room, great bed, clean sheets and great shower. Recommended
