The hotel is in a convenient location and had a nice relaxing energy to it. And the room was okay! I would have preferred a more private bathroom - these bathrooms are separated from the bed by just frosted glass, so it would be nice to have something more substantial so that privacy can be had. When we checked in, we were given a queen bed but we had booked and paid for a king. The front desk remedied the situation for us after we had gone to our room and recognized the issue, which was appreciated, but I wished they would have given us the right room we deserved from the start. In any case, we liked the space and enjoyed the beverage tickets that came with the stay. The bartender made a fantastic espresso martini!

A great location close to everything you wan to see at Reykjavik, standard room is quite small. Breakfast is reasonable, not all members of staff are really helpful.

It's in a perfect location. Rainbow street is 1 minute walk and shopping/restaurants are right outside. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly.

A lovely hotel with the most brilliant, caring, efficient and friendly staff. Clean and the food and drink service was superb.
So close to the city centre it literally took 1 minute to walk onto the shopping and entertainment streets.
Staff were knowledgable and incredibly helpful. Visited 10 years ago but will be back sooner.

Located in a great spot, we walked everywhere with our hotel as the base of operations. Sauna and hot tub were a great reward after a long day out exploring the city!

hotel was clean and close to everything that we wanted to see. around the block from rainbow street, to the church. best distance to bus stop 6 or 3 for tour and airport pickups

This hotel was so trendy, the staff was excellent, the bar had great drinks, and you are right in the center of town so everything is walkable
