This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The vibe is super cool, super laid back, which is great after days filled with adventures.

We loved the location of this hotel. Five minute walk to bus stop 1. Restaurants and shopping are close walking distance. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was great. Loved having a sofa to relax on besides the bed. Fell in love with the Soley bath and hair products. Even bought some for home. Breakfast is a cold buffet with plenty of nice options. Would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED this hotel! Everyone was so so very nice even before we got there, their communication was appreciated. Marcin was a big help. Great location, walking distance from museums and dining options. Hotel was so cute and right by a bus stop which was necessary!!! Would HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

The hotel was great. Staff was great.
The only thing that was not great was the parking situation. The only available parking was street parking around the lake which is about a 5-10 minute walk, depending on what is available.
I would stay at this location again, just be aware of the parking situation. This is most likely a problem that all hotels in the downtown are have to deal with.
