Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great
Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

Hotel (i okolica) wydawał się nieco sterylny, ale jest to ładna posiadłość z dobrym układem i czystym, wygodnym pokojem. Personel w recepcji, w restauracjach i na plaży był cudowny. Śniadanie obejmowało pyszne jedzenie i smaczny świeży sok pomarańczowy. Baseny były trochę chłodne pod koniec września. Plaża jest bardzo kamienista; na Rodos są dużo ładniejsze plaże. Chociaż leżaki są dla gości, plaża jest publiczna, a członkowie społeczeństwa czasami przejmują część plaży przed hotelem. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, a transport publiczny jest niezawodny i łatwy w użyciu.

Obiekt jest niesamowity, aw okolicy ośrodka znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji w odległości spaceru. Personel jest świetny i bardzo przyjazny. ALE pierwotnie byliśmy zarezerwowani jako pełne wyżywienie i powiedziano nam, że nadal musimy płacić za posiłki w dowolnym miejscu poza restauracją bufetową z niewielką zniżką. Przeszliśmy więc na plan all-inclusive tylko po to, by dowiedzieć się, że wciąż są opcje jedzenia i picia, które nie zostały uwzględnione. Uwielbialiśmy tę nieruchomość i lokalizację, szkoda tylko, że nie było więcej informacji o tym, co jest, a co nie jest wliczone w cenę. Nawet po tym, jak dowiedziałem się, czym jest ich all-inclusive, kopałem więcej na ich stronie internetowej i nigdzie nie mogłem znaleźć żadnych informacji.

The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy.
Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa.
Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night.
We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

Overall, the hotel was very inviting and spoiling. The staff mostly went out of their way to make this vacation memorable. That being said, we had some awkward encounters with a few crew members, and most disappointing, we wanted to visit a restaurant on our last night with no digital reservation system. We asked the hotel for help and were told there was no need to make any reservation. The restaurant was full, as were other restaurants, which resulted in us not having the anticipated culinary experience we hoped for.
If you ask for the help of the staff in making needed arrangements outside of the hotel, I suggest you insist on your needs.

Amazing hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great knowledge of gluten free food and lots of choice in the pizzeria at night time. Breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you can think of. Sun beds by the pool and on the private beach are nicely spaced out and really comfortable. All in all an extremely peaceful and restful holiday.
