Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

Had a lovely 11 nights the hotel was very busy but never felt crowded the staff were very friendly and it was nice to see some off the staff again and that they recognised you always with a smile. food was great entertainment not so .noticed more younger couples this time they need a more upbeat entertainment programme .the room was lmmaculate and kept clean and tidy buy Katrina.grounds were beautiful lovely flowers and lawns a credit to the gardeners will return thank all of you for a lovely holiday

A lovely stay, an amazing hotel, beautiful setting, so peaceful, staff are very helpful and friendly, room immaculate so spacious and we had an amazing view of pools and sea. The only negative for me would be having to queue to order drinks, give room number then sign, this is the first hotel (including other Atlantica hotels) where I have gone all inclusive that I have had to do this, I understand if people are half board, but all inclusive have a wrist band on to show this. I think it would be a good idea to split the bar to order different sides directly to the bar tender, if you are all inclusive, and the as it is for half board, this would reduce the queues. On another note if you are going take insect repellent and after bite, mosquitoes were all over the resort.

Me and my partner had a Cretan massage by Anastasia and Emiliano and they were very lovely. Our massage was calming and relaxing. I would recommend visiting the spa if you want to further relax on your stay at Atlantica, the area is clean and all the staff ensure you’re well looked after.

This was our first visit to this beautiful hotel. We arrived at 9 pm by private transfer which I would recommend. The welcome was very good with cool face cloths and a welcome drink. The receptionist advised us to go straight to the dining room and check in properly after. We had a quite bite to eat which was a nice surprise. We were taken to our room on a buggy and cases followed. Our room was in the block near reception so for us was an excellent position. The view was of swim up rooms but that was fine. The room was beautiful. A great size and had everything you needed. A nice shower/ bathroom area. The room was kept perfectly clean by our lovely maid. The mini bar was filled most days just 1 day had nothing at all and even asking reception twice it still wasn't filled. We also felt the air conditioning just wasn't cold enough and couldn't keep it on all night as it was very noisy. The dining room was a pleasure to enter each meal. The hotel has a very good system which you are asked where you want to sit, inside or out then are escorted to a table. The service in the restaurant was exceptional. Demitrios in the restaurant is very efficient and how they serve works so well. The food was excellent. So much choice and each meal was so enjoyable. Gala night was exceptional. Really enjoyed having a bottle of wine with each meal. The only issue we found on the terrace of the restaurant were the cats roaming around. I appreciate they are there for a reason but guests throwing food on the floor to feed them is unacceptable and it actually states no feeding the cats as it can harm them but people are still doing this. Just think the staff should be more vigilant to this and try to stop guests doing it. The pool bar was ran very well too during the day. Tsampika was a lovely lady who has the most amazing memory for your room number. You need to order from her then sign then you will be told which side to wait for your drink . I thought this worked very well. Tyron was great in serving our drinks in the glass he knew we liked. The pool bar and terrace bar at night was all waiter service. This at times was rather slow and would have been nice to have the option to go to the bar. Ricos and Minas were two waiters who we found very friendly and polite. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable but would have liked to watch the fire show but as it was on the terrace there was no seats available so we went to the sky bar which has a great vibe and lovely drinks. Would have liked entertainment on the Saturday night as well so that was another visit to the sky bar across the road. The hotel has 2 free a la cartes which you can only use 1 for free. We decided on Ginger. The service was not the best and the main course was luke warm. But overall was a nice change. The beach is where we spent all time. A good few beds and shade. Beach shoes are needed. The only issue we had was the public can purchase beds from the hotel which meant you had fami

Got to say that I agree with most of the reviews on here generally, also this is my first trip to an adult only hotel so if my experience is the norm then you may disagree with some of my review. So let's start with the arrival, greeted with welcome drinks and cases taken to the room. The main complex has the restaurants and accommodation which includes lifts. There are 3 blocks to the right which are separated from the complex and have 3 stories, No Lifts! We were in one of these blocks with a superior sea view, climbing the steps was worth it. Once in the room scan the code on a card and this will load the hotel app. You book everything through the app, reservation for the a la cart restaurants, luxury pool beds ect. Ok now first of the issues, The air con was too warm in our room, in fact the room temp went up to 28.5 Deg over night. You have a very limited control over this, so we obviously complained. They sorted it the next day, now 21 Deg over night with air con on. The only other issue is a personal one which I have just noticed in a recent review, although it may only bother the non smokers like me. There is no dedicated non smoking area around the pool, which was bloody annoying. This also includes everywhere outside, bar area, gardens and stage area. So something that you may want to bear in mind. It will make me think twice about returning. Staff are exceptional, can't do enough for you, plenty of pool loungers, although some were still reserving, but no need. There are luxury beds around the pool, you have to book and pay 35 euros for the day. The beach is just a short walk through the back of the pool. Got a quote from the hotel car hire,a small car for 2 days cost 125 euros, got to say I could have had a car from the airport for 10 days for the same price. If your all inclusive then you are allowed only one visit to an a la cart for your stay, yes they have different levels of all inclusive, if you go up another level,( red carpet ) you get two visits. Not all the meals on the a la cart menu are free, but they are marked next to each dish. Our food choices cost us 82 euros. When you need drinks you have to give your room number for every order and sign the receipt, this also includes the pool bar. It's the only bar you can order direct from, all the other bars in the hotel are table service only. Most of the beers are served from half pint measures to around 440 mil glasses, you never get a full pint. One of my beers was in a paper cup, what with the table service it could take you a while to get Tipsy. All that aside the beer is local, 3 days of that is enough, the rest of the drinks are of a very good quality, making you fresh cocktails, wines, spirits etc. As mentioned above the food is exceptional, they have one of the best main buffet restaurants I have been to, can't believe anyone will have any complaints. Bus stop outside will take you to either Rhodes town or Lindos. Cost 4 Euros. You can get the direct shuttle coach

Surely all inclusive means all inclusive? This is not the case here. Having enjoyed a sandals trip last year we were hoping for the same. Unfortunately this is not the case. There are only 3restaurants. Turns out you can only visit 1 a week and many have surcharges The beds round the pool range from 50 euros a day. Seriously? It’s like the Ryan air of hotels. When you book an all inclusive you do not want to be wondering about what you have to pay for! Guests were advising to leave the hotel and eat in a local bar up the road. Finally. Don’t expect to sit at a bar and enjoy your drinks. You have to queue, then give your room number. This hotel has a lot to learn.

This was our 6th visit to this wonderful hotel so that speaks volumes.. It’s the hotel that just keeps giving. Guest relation manager Valentia is so very helpful and a huge asset to this hotel. All Al a carte restaurants are extremely good, Bruno in Mylos, yes still there, is knowledgable with a warm welcome. It’s great to see so many familiar members of staff which again is a credit to this hotel. Elvi at the sky bar served us our cocktails every evening with warmth and professionalism which was then echoed in the Blue Bay Restaurant , now this was an experience which I thoroughly enjoyed with its stunning setting. Yes we are returning…when you find your happy place why not…Angie &Lawrence say a HUGE-thank you to you all.

Our 2nd visit; 2019 being our last visit. When choosing a holiday this year we struggled and then did something not done before - we went back to somewhere which we felt was stunning first time around. Was it as good ? It was better ! How to review this hotel without reams of lists is difficult. Did it have some imperfections ? - of course. But what this hotel offers above anything else is AMAZING customer care from all members of staff - reception, restaurant, bars, cleaners, gardeners...each and every one. Above everything about this hotel, the staff just made our holiday and guaranteed our return. Went for a taxi transfer instead of the coach (our last Tui experience was disastrous). a 30 minute, aircon, lovely taxi straight to the door ! (Holiday Extras) Arrive midnight so shattered, but what a welcome. Smiling faces, welcome drink, helpful information, advised of a sandwich in the fridge in our room as it was late (note : baguette, fresh and we actually ate them which is not the norm at that time night) 'golf buggy' trip with our bags to our room. We had asked if we could have the same or similar room...and it was the same room - and refurbished. Clean and spacious is an understatement. The room oozed quality and we were both quite emotional after long journey to have been treated so well. Went All Inclusive - fridge (cold for a change) with water, beers, Pepsi, 7-Up. juice, crisps and nuts replenished everyday Room (swim up) had hairdryer, ironing board and iron, loads of sockets, USB sockets by bed, daily cleaning service and towel changes, great lighting system, excellent air con, huge bathroom with walk-in shower, all shampoo / washing provisions, and everything you need. Food - Every night choices were varied and freshly cooked and rotated. Staff on the move and changing dishes all the time to keep things fresh and hot. Everything you expect from an AI hotel and more. Loved eating outside in a beautiful setting for breakfast and dinner (and lunch unless using the 'Street Food' snack bar which provided simple choices but all cooked to order...pizza, fries, burgers, fresh baguettes etc). Often had to queue slightly for the main restaurant, especially if wanting to sit outside. They do this to prevent the place being flooded and a free for all. They arrange sections so these can be served correctly. Very well organised. Just queue up, the lovely staff will ask you inside or outside, advise of any wait, give you a number then call you. Grab a drink, sit down in the plentiful areas, and chill. Staff amazing Pool / Beach - We didn't use the pool much as we had our swim-up room which we exploited to the full !! Went to the beach (literally down the path) in the afternoon on the free sunbeds / umbrellas and always managed to grab a couple of available ones. Pool was exceptional though, and a great size. Lots of good quality sun beds around pool areas and on grassed areas. Plenty of shaded areas. There is no system for reserving beds oth

The hotel is kept immaculatey clean our room was beautiful and undated every day with new drinks and snacks, we were all inclusive and every day treat to some beautiful food we could of used exclusive restaurants in the hotel but we couldn’t fault the various choices of food. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and happy to help with anything we requested I did have some staff members names but it would be unfair to miss one member, Pool side a lady who organised the service was brilliant (326) always happy, going for dinner and being escorted to a table was a beautiful touch. The beach if I had to find a fault wasn’t the best, the walks to the port & town centre & sports bar were great places to visit, a very lovely hotel and organised brilliantly. Oh if you go here you must go to the Sky Roof top bar (infinity pool) on a roof top WOW.
