Naprawdę piękny hotel,wyśmienite jedzenie duży wybór, pokoje stylowo urządzone, personel bardzo miły I pomocny, baseny rewelacja, napewno jak będziemy znowu na Rodos wrócimy di tego hotelu

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

All staff were very well-coming and provided a great service. The bar staff were amazing throughout the hotel. The waiters/waitress were all very friendly. The entertainment was very good on most days. Overall the food was was of high quality in the speciality restaurants. The main restaurant should have more variation. I recommend the Spaghetti section for dinner be moved from the middle of the buffet area to the children section as this tends to cause a bit of chaos with small kids and parents push into the buffet lines and spend ages pouring oversized portions - this causing people waiting in the line to get frustrated. Queuing for drinks and food is generally a issue throughout the hotel but not due to the hotel staff but the guests, some of who think they too important to queue.

We enjoyed our experience at this resort. The facility was good, many great options for food at there restaurants and great staff. We had travel issues that changed our trip. This hotel was not in our plan and booked it 12 hours before arriving. They helped turn our trip around especially the receptionist Vitalia (hope I remembered it correctly). I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed here in September i have wanted to book here for ages. On arrival greeted with a non alcoholic welcone drink. Loved thst there was a beach bar with live music after breakfast. Beside the beach bar was a pizza hut. I had pre booked all the a la carte restaurants and enjoyed ever meal. The champagne bar was a nice experience. Staff very friendly and professional. The best all inclusive in rhodes

Positives - Lovely hotel. Efficient friendly service. Delicious delicious food and plenty of choice. Comfortable beds. Glorious sea.
Negatives - lack of sun-beds. If you want one, you need to get up at 7am. No mini disco as advertised and kids club was disappointing.
Overall a lovely holiday.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The property is so clean, modern and has the best facilities. The staff is so courteous. Plenty of food options to choose from. I cant wait to go back again.
