Pokój jest dość przestronny i ledwo można go uznać za pokój z widokiem na morze. Wyposażenie hotelu jest przeciętne lub stare. Winda jest często naprawiana i jest bardzo starą windą. Bufet jest dobry.

Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Idealna lokalizacja, ponieważ jest blisko wielu sklepów i przystanków autobusowych. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny, a pan w recepcji jest bardzo pomocny. Zdecydowanie chcę przyjechać jeszcze raz

Absolutely shocking hotel.. don’t know where to start. Doors don’t close properly, toilets don’t flush, the sinks spin when touched, rooms do not look like as advertised on many pages and the air con did not work properly. Wasn’t made aware of checkout time either verbally or in the forms filled during check in and blamed for not asking myself, which obviously was not going to be on the front of the mind whilst on holiday this led to us being forced to pay an extra fee due to leaving ‘late’ our flight was not until later on in the evening and me and a friend who travelled here were left with a suitcase on the streets waiting for four hours for our previously booked transfer. I am not one to complain but this hotel shocked me incredibly, we will not be returning. I advise you save your money as they’ll make any excuse to charge you further. Also tried blaming us for not paying tourism tax when first checked in which we were again not made aware of, then paid in fully but did not appreciate the accusation that came from the fault of a member of staff. Staff have lack of respect and little training from our experience.

Allegedly, it has a 4*, but it doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The room was unsanitary and gross. Also, it was cramped and didn't have a wardrobe. The bathroom was even worse, with a dirty sink and a shower that didn't even have a functional door. During our stay, the towels weren't changed, and when they "were", it was obvious that the cleaning lady had taken our dirty towels from the floor, folded them back, and put them on our beds. We even complained to the staff, and they blamed our tourist agent for not informing us about their cleaning policy. They were unhelpful, unprofessional, and grumpy. The power went out pretty often, and for one whole night, we also didn't have water. One night, after the power came back, water was leaking from the light in the bathroom. We complained to the staff, and they said that it was safe to turn on the lights and blamed it on the wildfires. The Wi-Fi was horrible; it varied depending on the room, but I constantly had a problem reconnecting to it and actually using it. I have only one positive comment. The lady who greets guests and works as a bartender in the restaurant was polite and always brought us joy when we had dinner. All in all, stay away from this hotel; it isn't worth a single penny.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. That you got 3 stars plus is incorrect. 1 star is too much. Moldy, broken, poor cleaning and grumpy staff. The view made it feel like you were looking out over a dump..creepy.

This hotel is not four or three star, there is nothing boutique about it either. Plus points are that the room was clean, large and the air conditioning worked well, the location of the hotel was excellent for the bus station and old town. Negative points were the bathroom had nowhere to place anything, no shelf, just a small area around the sink, the body wash dispenser in the shower was broken, the mirror was very corroded around the edges....positive the hairdryer worked well The towels were changed frequently...too frequently, put a sign like every other hotel...towels on the floor need changing, towels hung up...do not change them. The wardrobe/hanging space had two hangers and the legs looked they had been stood in water. There were two shallow drawers in the bedside tables, no other drawers/storage. The headboard was placed over the bedside light switch so it couldn't be turned on. The bed was soft but reasonably comfortable and in a 6 day stay the sheets were changed 3 times, the bed was not fully made up and we had to make it ourselves..again we would not have had our room serviced if there had been a sign to hang on the door to state this. Breakfast had a good selection although some days there was no yoghurt, the fresh fruit consisted of orange, bananas and sometimes plumbs...poor selection. If you arrived later (after 9) there were no croissants, the tea selection was very good which made up for the fresh juice which was not nice quality. The pool was nice and clean but the surround was not, the decked area was rotten in places with large (foot sized) holes in the wood. Most of the sunbeds around the pool were torn or ripped...still useable but you had to sit down slowly for fear of falling through, the umbrellas needed string to keep them half open, one fell over as the wood was rotten at the bottom, luckily it didn't injure anyone. The walls painted grey don't help the dull look. The receptionist and young man serving/clearing at breakfast were both happy and very helpful...the same could not be said about the young lady at breakfast who was miserable and unhelpful. If this was marketed as a 2* hotel in a great location you'd be delighted and it would be a truer reflection.

Easily one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in, fixtures broken, loose and missing. Impossible to regulate the air-con. I've always brought a screwdriver with me on holidays because even in the best hotels things would need tightening. However in this hotel I would have needed a full tool box. The items in the lobby toilet were all pitted with rust, the mirrors similarly so in our 'bathroom'. The soap dispenser didn't work, no shelf for shampoo etc. I should have suspected something when we were handed a key....yes a key!....for our room by a surly receptionist. No safe, we had to pay for one in the lobby. The room was large but very badly laid out. The only redeeming feature is that it's very centrally located and also, a shout out to Poppy in the dining area, the only friendly face there. Never again!

dirty overpriced hotel that doesn't deserve the 3 stars it's got. the bed is not even one queen/king sized bed but 2 put together comprised of 2 mattresses (1 being stained and dirty) bathroom outdated, TV tiny. breakfast selection poor. upon check out, saw a huge bug in the lobby which was my que to go only good thing about it is the location and proximity to Old Town Stayed for 11 nights
