The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Customer service has a bad attitude and cheats customers. I would never consider living here again

Beautiful place absolutely enjoyed every moment loved the hotel! The manager was awesome! Amazing reception and amazing service!
I just loved having somewhere to stay while we were im Chch for Juicy Fest! You get 5 stars from me and i would come back more than once :) thank you

Didn't like the shower over the bath, as we are an older couple.
Also when we came back , after going out for dinner, getting a park wasn't easy, only 1 space left, & as someone else hadnt parked properly, we could barely fit our car in.
However we were only there for 1 night, so was okay.
