Had a small issue with the door in between our room and another having a broken lock, they moved us to a new room right across the hall and dealt with it very quickly.

We've started there twice now and they're very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and when we needed special attention they were there to help. They don't have a bar but you can get beer and wine at the front desk. We go to visit Cumberland and drive the extra miles to stay here.

Your staff was very friendly. But…. The beds are absolutely terrible. I think sleeping on a wooden floor would have been more comfortable. I did not sleep at all, and my back hurts. Other than that. All good.
Please get new updated beds.

This is my favorite place to stay in Rice Lake. Fantastic location. Great customer service. Exceptional breakfast. Clean. Quiet. A++++

it was a great stay everything from the check in to the room to the hot tub and the continental breakfast and it was right by all the stores we wanted to shop at. good job.

Second time staying here, I enjoyed what the hotel had to offer and used the hot tub every night. We returned to the hotel because we enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this hotel specifically. Also worth mentioning it is across the street from TJ Maxx and near Lehman's Supper Club
(worth a stop for fine dining experience).

Has stayed 2 times now and both times has been very peaceful. Rooms are nice sized. Would definitely come back if in the area.

The good - good Wi-Fi that didnt kick me out every few hours, like at some hotels. Larger than usual min-fridge which was great for me since I have dietary restrictions and carry all my own food. Friendly staff, decent hot breakfast, and clean.
The not so good - I was assigned a room adjacent to an exterior door that squeaked very loudly. I couldn’t sleep past 6 am when people would start going in and out the door. Also walls very thin so could easily hear doors shutting, conversations etc. The window in my room was half covered with taped cardboard.

My traveling partner checked in before I arrived so didn’t really internet with staff.
Room was really clean and very comfortable. Nice chair for lounging and plenty of space.
Bathroom was super clean.
Good breakfast included.
Looked like work was being done to refurb the hotel. Was not intrusive on our stay. Just to be aware if prior reviews have negative comments.
