It’s not a bad place, it’s just oversold as an excellent place. It was important for me to get a walk in shower and they had said yes ahead of my arrival. That didn’t happen. It’s not the biggest thing in the world, but bad information is never appreciated.
The room itself was adequate to the task. If I did t need to be at a nearby meeting the next day though, I would find something in a better, less isolated location.

The room was very clean and I love having the shower and a sink separate from the rest of the bathroom. The continental breakfast was pretty good; the customer service was excellent. Dallas was only 30 minutes away, but there was plenty of dining and other shopping options right in the area. Will definitely go back when I'm in Dallas area.

The room we stayed in was HUGE- it had a couch with a coffee table, a large desk with a desk lamp, two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with toilet and sink, and a separate sink and shower room. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options, though the food there wasn't amazing. It was certainly worth the price we paid for it! Definitely will stay again in the future.

Everything at the hotel always smelled and looked clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
