I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant.
Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction.
The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing.
Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was not good and the service was not the best. The hotel is dated and the elevators were not working well.
The noise from the highway was non-stop all night as it sounded more like a race track than a highway.
The air conditioner didn't work and my room was really warm which made sleeping difficult.

I made my reservation on Monday and checked in on a friday and the AC was broken and had been all week but no one thought it would be a good idea to let me know. I spent 2 hours in my room with it above 80 degrees thinking it would cool off. It wasn’t until I called that they told me it had been off all week and there was nothing they could do about it.
