Always a good place to stay for a couple nights while in town on business. Nice staff, comfortable rooms, not much noise.

We were here for an overnight after coming to Richmond for Dinner and a show at the nearby Altria Theatre. The restaurant staff was most helpful in getting our reservation secure and the food and service was excellent. Our room was adequate and comfortable. Main issue was the walls seem to be paper thin and our “neighbors” the adjoining room kept their TV turned up to a level that was more than audible to us. Worse yet, they kept it on literally all night. Never fun waking up at 4 am and your neighbor’s TV is still blaring. Otherwise a most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel! Our parlor room exceeded our expectations. Our brunch at the hotel restaurant was amazing. All of the hotel staff were so nice and helpful with anything we needed! We will definitely stay at the Linden Row again!

The property had a unique look to it, and was in central downtown. This made it convenient for food and travel. Because of the historic look, the carpets seemed as if they needed a good cleaning and the room TV was daisy chained through extension cords to reach the outlet. Not a bad place but I wouldn’t stay again.

the staff team was helpful and friendly and welcoming.
we especially loved the historical stories. and the option to visit in the lobby living room. we will definitely come back

Overall experience was very good,
Friendly staff greeting along with very curtious help with directions ect.. Love the historic feel and decor of the hotel coupled with modern amenities where needed. Clean comfortable room . Very nice place.

This is a quaint historic inn. It does not boast frills like room service, continental breakfast, on-site parking, or a business center. If you are looking for the charm of stepping back in time, this is the place for you.
