Czyste pokoje, miła obsługa w recepcji. Restauracja i bar są zamknięte, ale znajdują się po drugiej stronie ulicy od fabryki tytoniu, a jedzenie i środowisko są niesamowite! Świetna lokalizacja i bezpieczna okolica na spacery po ulicach! Na pewno wrócimy!

We loved our stay here. It was so quite that we felt like we were the only guest and the staff was amazing especially Ki that took care of valet parking. We loved the experience of feeling like we stepped back in time. Loved the hotel and disappointed to find out they are in the process of renovations to modernize. So glad we had the opportunity to stay there prior to the renovations

The hotel was clean but that’s about where it ends. I booked a deluxe room with a king bed. For one, it was a queen size bed. Not what I booked.
Second, the room was standard. I’m not sure what qualified as deluxe. Having a couch? A TV? Literally a standard room. Felt like I got scammed.
Great location but to call this hotel a 4-star is a crime.

Super friendly & helpful staff. I forgot to pack cuff links. Not only did they provide safety pins, they helped me put them on.

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location, it is a classic hotel with a classy ambiance, espacious rooms and clean. The only downside is that they don't have restaurant.

The hotel pictures were not accurate to our room. The room had some cosmetic damage, the shower tub drained really slow, and the water pressure was nonexistent. The climate control was not accurate as the room stayed at 70 instead of the set temp of 72. Other than that, great location close to a lot of parking options and things to do.

The doors are so thin with a big glitch underneath. You literally hear everything that happens which makes sleep impossible. We went here for new years eve. On new years day the maid starts vacuuming the hall or adjacent rooms at 8am in the morning. The noise level is the same as if she is vacuuming inside our room. Knowing how thin the doors are, they should really think about this.
