The hotel is noisy; when people in the same floor close the door, it wakes you up. De rooms are very sober; no bedlamp near the bed. Curtains don't close properly or shut out the lights. And some "strange" people in and around the hotel, not what you expect on a tuesday night The phone avalaibility was terrible; I tried to phone them several times the day before but they didnt answer. Never again!

The outside is lovely and cosy but the inside is a mess: - Vending machine full of mold and outdated chocolate. - Halls are smelly - Noisy About the room, please don’t take room 10: - Shower almost not working (almost no flow of water) - Mold in the shower - Toilet in the room with no door so you cannot close the toilet and everyone can see and hear you. The most positive is Pricilla from the brasserie, she is the most lovely person in the premises and gives us a great feeling. If you stay 1 night you can laugh about all the terrible things ;)

Set in a beautiful park, we had a lovely 3-night stay. The brasserie staff were kind and helpful. We ate 'in' the first night and though a wider selection of vegan options should be available, the vegan burger was tasty and very well presented. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was no door in the bathroom area. While some may appreciate their partner's toilet noises, I am way too British to find this a plus. Please attach some doors!!! That said, I recommend the hotel unreservedly. It is an accessible tram ride into town. PS beautiful chickens outside , we loved them .

Stayed for one night in July, hotel is in the middle of a park which was interesting to find as you feel like you shouldn't be driving down the road that leads up to it. Tip - There's a large car park round the park, park round there otherwise you'll be carrying luggage all the way round the perimeter of the hotel like we did! Check in was simple enough, room not the biggest but was clean. The reason I've given a low score was that it was really hot in the room so we had the window open but room was overlooking the courtyard where there were a lot of people drinking until late and therefore quite loud. We also ate at the restaurant. The food was nice but expensive (Think it was around 18 euros for a burger that didn't come with any sides or chips).

Excellent secluded location in a city! Owner and his staff were fantastic ( especially Jeremy who could not have done more to help us). We were in a group of 13 and had no complaints at all. If we are in the area again in future we would stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Comfortable stay in recently renovated room. The bed very comfortable and the food was delicious. You had to climb some difficult stairs tos get to the room. You could hear anyone making noise nearby but fortunately it was not too busy on the Saturday. The food at the brasserie was amazing although service was a bit slow.

This hotel was excellently located to Zuiderpark where some friends and I were completing a parkrun. It was easy to travel to via train and tram and a really pretty location. We all had dinner when we arrived on the Friday which was tasty and in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very polite and were helpful with any queries we had. I'd imagine it's a great relaxing stay with the outdoor area in the Summer months. The only slightly negative point I'd make is that mine and my husband's bathroom didn't have a door but other than that we were very happy with our accommodation.

The location was lovely in the midst of green woods. The hotel looks amazing from the outside. After having read some reviews I was a bit wary. But the room that I got was refurbished recently (probably) and was very spacious. There seems to be work going on around the property as common areas are in a bit of disarray. Now coming back to the room. Why give a kettle without any tea or coffee? An empty mini fridge in the corner not connected to the plug point. Radiators hissing and twanging at weird times of the night even though I have turned the knobs down. The pipe work running through the room ensured that I didn’t get a good nights sleep despite a comfortable bed. They had provided QR code for self checkin but there was no machine to read them. On all the days I was there, the reception was never manned and you always had to go to the Brasserie next door to get the attention of the staff. The outdoor seating area looked lovely and is a great place to relax with a drink in the evening or have a breakfast in the morning. If the hotel would fix some of these things it would be a great place to live at. It is about 10 mins from the nearest tram stop. The centre can be reached in less than 20 mins by public transport. I would probably not live there again given the experience and would look for something more central for the same price.
