Hotel Bengasi

We stayed in a family room close to the pool for two nights and have never experienced anything worse when it comes to hotels, especially for that price. The standard was like an old hostel where things were broken and dirty. Some of the things: -There was NO box for valuables in the room, even though this was promised in the description. -Moldy smell in the room and black mold in the bathroom and the “fake” kitchen (not possible to use except for the tap that was dripping the whole time). -Thick, moist and “moldy” air, we had to wash our clothes several times to get rid of the smell as we arrived at home afterwards. When we told the receptionist he said it was because the room is close to the pool… (then all hotels should have bad air) -the Wi-Fi did not work at all in that room. When we told the managers afterwards they said we lied. We had no reason to lie, we just wanted to use the Wi-Fi that was promised. -The lock to the door was small and unsafe. You could probably just kick the door and it would open. The second night it stopped working and we could lock the door. We had to put a suitcase in front of it so hopefully it would stop potential break ins. -Broken tap in the bathroom (we saw that another guest wrote about the broken tap a year ago and they still haven’t fixed it. It comes off when you use it…) -Broken furniture, broken curtains -The baby bed was broken in the middle and there was a big pit, we had to build it up with 5 towels so she wouldn’t sleep in a weird position. -There were no small lamps, only ceiling lamps, and they were hanging way too low, my husband hit his head several times. -No mosquito protection on several windows, I got many mosquito bites. -Pool view: no pool view, the room was just located close to the pool. -Nothing dried in the bathroom, our swimsuits and towels were completely wet after one day which says a lot about the air in the room. (There is more but too much to write about) We’re not fancy people. We asked for a standard three star hotel room and we paid way too much for the poor standard/quality we got. It also felt bad to keep a child in that poor air quality. When we asked to be compensated afterwards (we told the staff about broken things during the stay) we received a very rude and unprofessional e-mail. I will post some of it, see pictures. We were told we should never come back and that our smiles were fake. They were not fake, we tried to solve things during our stay and tried to be nice about it, as we let the staff know about different problems. The cleaning staff were amazing and super sweet, as were the people who served us breakfast. We tried to laugh about the whole experience with the bad room and unhelpful receptionist but it was hard because we paid way too much for this standard. And we slept bad, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and too short for my husband who is 185 cm tall. We arrived on a warm day and had been promised we could check in earlier to feed an

Albergo bello esternamente una piscina piccola ma pulita e ordinata, una zona esterna carina per fermarsi a bere, la camera graziosa e pulita, il proprietario e il personale sono molto gentili... purtroppo la colazione é da migliorare, la stanza é bella da guardare ma non puoi fare la scenografia con tavoli e sedie con lunghe tovaglie bianche e poi coprirli con plastica dura che non si riesce ad infilare la gamba, per chi ha problemi di lattosio non c'é assolutamente nulla e il tè versato da una tisaniera completamente sbeccata ti lascia basita e senza parole... Si può dare di più...

Eccellente impressione,specie per la cena di pesce in mezza pensione,con piatti che a mio avviso meriterebbero le tre stelle Michelin ed un Maitre che ha lavorato da Cracco in Galleria a Milano,piu'fatto crociere di alta classe.Colazione tra le migliori ben assortita.Che dire di piu', comodo, pulito e grande attenzione al cliente.Ho alloggiato tre notti al primo piano con terrazzino e tavolino sopra la piscina e mi son sentito davvero in Paradiso.

Sarebbe stato un tre pallini pieno se non ci fossero alcuni difetti che fanno risultare eccessiva la terza stella molto probabilmente legata a retaggi storici. Innanzi tutto, il difetto più grande l'ho riscontrato durante la doccia...non calda, non tiepida ma poco poco meno che fredda. In una stanza per 3 persone, dove con probabilità potrebbero finirci famiglie con bambini non è una cosa da poco. Inoltre, la zona è scarsissima a parcheggi. Rispetto alla piccola piscina presente, dare più spazio ai parcheggi degli ospiti sarebbe stato meglio, un aspetto sicuramente di più rilievo e beneficio rispetto alla piscina presente. Il parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze è effettivamente a 100mt ma a costi molto elevati . Per il resto, l'ho trovato un albergo pulito e silenzioso con personale disponibile.

Esternanente carino ma....! Bagno piccolissimo senza box doccia e tendina rotta. Hotel poco curato e con servizio quasi inesistente. Colazione con Nessun prodotto fresco,solo dolci confezionati tagliati. Mai piu

accoglienza e pulizia nulla di dire non ci piaceva la nostra prima stanza per mancanza di box doccia ma hanno risolto dandocene un altra,i problemi sono che manca un piccolo il frigorifero ed il più grande è che la piscina del hotel non è solo del hotel c'è una piccola casa qui che entra e sfrutta la piscina.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in coppia. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda essendo a marina centro vicino ai ristoranti e alla spiaggia, le parti comuni (ristorante,reception,piscina) sono tenute molto bene e un punto a favore dell'hotel è sicuramente la cordialità dello staff e l'ottima colazione. Consiglierei di rivedere le stanze in quanto la nostra non disponeva ne di balcone ne di ringhiera e il bagno risulta cieco e con una piccola ventola, questo fa si che ci sia molta muffa sui muri, inoltre per la doccia è presente solo una tendina e lo scarico si trova al centro del bagno perciò ogni volta che si usa si allaga tutto e non c'è possibilità di asciugarlo. Scomoda anche l'aria condizionata non essendoci un telecomando perciò bisogna alzarsi ogni volta per poterla spegnere. Consigliato per passare qualche notte a Rimini.

L’albergo è in un’ottima posizione a Marina Centro, a pochi passi da piazzale Kennedy e dal lungomare (malissimo per il parcheggio, ma questo è un problema proprio di Rimini). Piscina piccolina, ma immersa nel verde e poco frequentata. La gestione è affidata a persone gentili e competenti, in grado di far sentire gli ospiti a loro agio e coccolati come solo sulla Riviera sanno fare. Un vero peccato l’incuria a cui sono abbandonate le stanze che contrasta invece con l’aspetto moderno delle aree comuni, con tavoletta del water sbeccata, vetri della doccia scardinati e tende rovinate.
