Q Hotel

From the moment you walk in to this hotel and are met by the smile of Tiziana, you know you’re in a special place. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants. In the hotel itself you will find very comfortable rooms and amenities. In the mornings there is a wonderful and varied selection for breakfast, both savoury and sweet…. You won’t go hungry! Breakfast is overseen by Luigi who will make you a perfect Cappuccino or Espresso to accompany breakfast. Absolutely faultless 10/10.

This boutique hotel is a really nice place to stay. Very nice personnel happy to help with a smile in every situation. Hotel is well placed. Few minutes from beach and restaurants but also from grocery shop. Breakfast are pretty limited but everyone will find something for themselves. Brewed coffee is excellent! We took apartment in last floor with big terrace and separate living room what was giving us opportunity to rest after beach and prepare for nights out. I really like that place! You can really find it cosy and feel like home.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and lovely staff,very good breakfast and the cappucino is the best !daily cleaning, very good air conditioning, fast wifi, very close to the beach and restaurants.Thank you Tiziana 😘😘😘

This hotel, where i stayed last month in May, not a simple 3-star superior hotel in Rimini, but i might say that it is boutique hotel where to enjoy a charming stay really. The hotel is in Marina Centro in the heart of Rimini. Not far from the train station by bus. When I entered the lobby area. I find that it was a cozy atmosphere. The room furnished with attention to details. The Wi-Fi connection is fast. The room has no all noises thanks to their soundproofing system. Breakfast is available until 11am. It is the buffet style. Very delicious, the sweet bread and cake with Nutella. All the most popular clubs and shops in the city are also in the surroundings, it has familiar feelings of Hua Hin or Pattaya in Thailand when walk along the beach. I will come back to stay more. È la seconda volta che scelgo questo hotel per i servizi offerti, l’ottima colazione, la posizione ideale vicina al mare, ma soprattutto per l’accoglienza! Luigi e Tiziana sono persone speciali che ti fanno sentire a casa; adoro la loro compagnia e le chiacchiere alla fine della giornata! Le camere poi sono tutte rinnovate silenziose e ben arredate. A Rimini difficile trovare di meglio… Q hotel a presto!

Siamo appena stati 2 notti al Q hotel. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre gentile e disponibile, ci hanno offerto un aperitivo per il compleanno e ci hanno fatto la cortesia di tenerci le valigie in hotel dopo il check out la mattina fino al momento in cui non siamo dovuti ripartire il il pomeriggio. La posizione è perfetto vicino alla stazione e vicinissimo al mare, le camere sono pulitissime e i letti molto comodi. Consigliatissimo se devi andare a rimini.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia accoglienza e colazione al top. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto il titolare. Consiglio il pernottamento sia per una vacanza breve sia per una vacanza lunga. L'angolo relax è intimo e confortevole, per momenti magici

Abbiamo soggiornato per il sabato delle vacanze pasquali. L’ingresso si presenta un po stretto, di conseguenza non troppo comodo se sono presenti più di due persone durante il check-in/out. Gentile comunque la ragazza della reception che ci ha anche indicato dei locali per la cena. La sistemazione che ci è stata data era molto più simile ad un piccolo bilocale, dato che era presente una stanza in più con soggiorno e cucina, e probabilmente proprio per questo motivo era presente un odore molto sgradevole ovunque. Abbiamo quindi aperto le finestre ed abbiamo visto che c’era anche un terrazzino, purtroppo inutilizzabile a causa della sporcizia presente sia sulle sedie che sul pavimento. Anche all’interno la pulizia non era curata: tavoli con delle macchie, acciaio sporco. Il copriletto anche presentava della sporcizia. La doccia è stata la cosa che ci ha colpito di più negativamente per la mancata cura e pulizia. Inoltre per tutta la notte abbiamo avuto un problema alla vaschetta del water, che continuava a far uscire acqua nonostante i vari tentativi per stopparla. Inoltre il soffitto era veramente basso, al punto che cambiandosi i vestiti si toccava il soffitto con le braccia. La colazione non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate sui vari portali di prenotazione online: prodotti di media qualità, scelta limitata. Poco spazio per la colazione e personale per nulla cordiale. Concluso dicendo che la struttura non si è presentata all’altezza delle aspettative e da come si mostrava online, anzi ha mostrato diverse problematiche. Non consiglio.
