Hotel Kim

Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay

A disappointing place. Service lack of professionalism. The rooms are just a disaster. Beds are or very hard or very soft. Air conditioning with mild. Not hot water in the shower. Pillows are or very light or very heavy. Shower drain all blocked. The toilet leaking water every time you flush it down. You can also hear every single step, door or cries of the outside of the room. No value at all for the price you pay.

Fantastic vacation in hotel Kim,Rimini. Clean,modern place with super friendly people working there.Fresh and tasty food! Rooms are modern and spacious with a nice balcony.Very quiet neighbourhood. We are very happy that we found this place ! Thank you!

The management and staff are always kind and Good appearance since we came at hotel kim since 2021.the hotel is 2 Star but its look like 4 ⭐ my family most of all my children's is satisfied.thank you Sir Christian and ma'am Gloria God bless 🙏.

The hotel is excellent, the location is great, close to the beach, the rooms are clean, and all the staff are friendly, one thing is missing (refrigerator in the room), this hotel should get three stars or more.

Personal sehr freundlich...nett.... hilfsbereit. Betten katastrophal....man merkt jede einzelne Feder.....sollten ausgetauscht werden.... Dusche für mehr als 90 Kilo nicht geeignet.... Einstieg zu eng Handtücher trotz ablegen auf den Boden...3 Tage lang keine neuen Handtücher. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir sofort welche aufs Zimmer. Die Küche bei Halbpension kann man sich sparen. Hat mit romagnolischer Küche nichts zu tun. Man kann auch mit wenig Einsatz gutes Essen zubereiten. War hier leider nicht der Fall. Geschmacklos und teilweise kalt. Manchmal sogar ungenießbar... Ab September keine 3 Speisen mehr zur Auswahl obwohl dies auf dem Menü Zettel stand. Fenstergardine verdreckt und hing teilweise von der Decke. Bei Buchung des Doppelzimmers bekamen wir 4 Bett Zimmer. Das Etagenbett versperrte fast zur Hälfte den Eingang ins Bad. Monitor als TV...man konnte fast nix sehen da er viel zu klein war. Alles in allem sehr schade....da alle sehr freundlich waren. Aber Freundlichkeit alleine nützt nichts um ein Hotel zu führen und instandzuhalten. Das Frühstück war ok....wobei es keinen Toast und keine Brötchen gab....nur eine Sorte Brot und Milchbrötchen. An süßem fehlte es an nichts. An Wurst und Käse täglich das gleiche ohne Abwechslung. Eine Kaffeemaschine fürs ganze Hotel war etwas zu wenig. Wer nur eine Pension mit Frühstück möchte....geht es .....wenn man auf durchgelegen Betten schlafen kann. Die Parkplatzgebühren von 10€ täglich kann man sich auch sparen. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und auch rundum. Wir haben das Hotel trotz längerer Buchung vorzeitig verlassen da wir Rückenschmerzen hatten und uns das Essen nicht gefiel und auch nicht bekam, bzw. teilweise schlecht war. Trotzdem Danke an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter

Hotel ben curato, nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre presente, sorridente e cortese. Colazione ottima e abbondante, così come la cena! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Esperienza assolutamente da rifare!

Ottima accoglienza...personale molto bravi e simpatici...stanze pulite e ordinate...buffet ricco di cose buone e abbondanti unica consiglio aggiungerai un mini frigo in camera...che dire una esperienza fantastica da ritornare sicuramente
