Belles prestations, situation quand même éloignée (à pied) mais proche du métro Le service effectué par des jeunes recrues est parfois approximatif (restauration uniquement), Par contre travail de la reception efficace . Je souhaite me plaindre, d'une personne en particulier qui n'est absolument pas à la hauteur des qualités du Mama Shelter (je suis un habitué) la jeune fille française qui accueille le matin pour les petits déjeuners, aggressive et pas arrangeante , elle ne devrait pas travailler dans un métier d'accueil, elle dessert les services du Mama et des autres collègues qui eux ont tout compris, comme Dimitry (serveur petit déjeuner)
