Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

The service is horrible! The staff is very impolite. The only good thing is the river which crosses the hotel .

Tudo perfeito. So nao gostei de um detalhe na borda do bar molhado. Nao estao fazendo a limpeza por baixo da bancada do bar .estao criando uma crosta gordurosas

Cama sem nenhum conforto, colchão do pior que já vi . Atendimento no primeiro dia de check in foi horrível da parte de uma moça que não quero nem saber o nome .

Hotel apresenta boas condições, incluindo as areas comuns. O grande problema foi a cama de casal que na verdade eram duas camas box de solteiro juntas, elas tinham alturas diferentes e ficavam se separando o tempo todo.
Levando em consideração que uma boa cama é um item elementar de um hotel, provavelmente não retornarei e nem recomendo.

Quarto muito bom, porém as camas pessima qualidade, muito velhas, com buracos nos colchões, e nas Fotos fala que tem acesso a uma piscina linda de ondas, mentira não tem nao, mao tem se comprar entrada, não tem nenhum diferencial pelo hotel .

A questão do estacionamento é o pior problema, não é avisado que seria rotativo. Carro dormiu na rua. E os porteiros são grossos e fazem piadas com a situação.
