Amazing room view we had.location is Great. Restaurant is having amazing variety to offer from different states..Had a big pool with jacuzzi. Ambiance of the resort itself was good. Rooms are huge to accommodate one extra bed too . We had 2 big rooms and hall. Just 500 mts away is river side to enjoy Ganga

this place deserves negative stars. We were booked into an apartment on a floor with full construction which was never disclosed and charged full price. We moved rooms to another wing to an apartment was absolutely filthy. Dirty towels. No hot water. No clean dishes. The floors weren't mopped. There are creepy men hanging around all over the property and for 2 women this was very unsettling. The entire process of moving took so long we missed our meeting and during the moving my partners shirt was ruined in the elevator with wet paint. When we complained we were yelled at by the manager that he "didn't know" about the construction in his own hotel. ...and that somehow we must be accusing him of lying. Unbelievable. To be treated in such a manor was appalling. My partner and I have travelled to more than 50 countries and have never been disrespected and treated so poorly at any property anywhere in the world. This hotel and the management are a disgrace. There are loads of other places to stay in Rishikesh so do not waste your time at this dump with poor and rude service.

Disappointed! We stayed at the apartment (Aloha on the Ganges by Blissful) from 9th Sep to 12th Sep’24 and our experience was horrible. I booked the Apartment through their online representative Mr Arjun. When I arrived at the apartments, I have to made to wait for more than 40 minutes outside (under sun) the building for someone to receive from Apartment representative. The response of Mr Arjun was horrible & abusive. I must say that the serviced apartments had no service. After the 1st experience of worse type of welcome, we entered the room & found that floor are not cleaned. Towels / tea / etc weee provided after repeated follow-ups. One washing M/c has been provided in the room & used after consulting the attendant. To our surprise, the outlet of the washing machine was choked and the entire water from the washing machine overflowed on the floor making my luggage wet. During my 3 days of stay, there were frequent power outages. Even though supply resumed with power back up, but a continuous alarm is sounded in the room till it’s manually switched off. For everything you have to depend upon the attendants, but their response is very poor. No senior official is physically available on the apartment. I brought these problems to the concerned person Mr Sachin ( as per the booklet), but he did not reported to meet me despite my follow ups. A total waste of money and vacation. There was construction going on in adjacent apartment so it was dirt and too much noise. We were promised that it will stop but it was too much of disturbance and ruckus. I wish we could reverse time and not go to Aloha Apartments by blissful. Please don’t waste your time and money

Went with entire family including parents and kids at the end of May. Excellent rooms - we had taken the Ganga facing rooms on the ground floor. The rooms were very spacious having great air conditioning. The rooms had a sofa seating space, separate enclosure with a small study, small dressing area and a spacious washroom with shower and bathing tub. The bed was comfortable with soft fluffy pillows. It also had a smart TV with Tata Play. The swimming pool was the main attraction for the kids. Its an infinity pool type of layout with gorgeous views of the Ganga. There's a small jaccuzi type section as well and another small section with ankle depth water for toddlers. Although timings were only till 7pm - I felt this should be at least 8pm if not 9pm. The pool size is large enough to accomodate the weekend rush as well. Food was great as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet affairs with a large spread. It had North Indian, South India, Chinese and even a small continential section too. Food was tasty and things were clean and hygenic. They have two separate restaurants for buffet - one on the third floor and another on the ground floor. In the evening, there is a high tea with sumptuos snacks. The star of course, for me was another restaurant that they have on the ground floor, next to the swimming pool. That's an a-la-carte restaurant which is not included in the room package. It has excellent menu variety. This also has a live accoustic guitar performance at night. It gives a beautiful experience with the clear starry skies, cool breeze, tasty food and the melodious performace of the guitar. The staff was very polite, smart and always eager to help. Kudos to the management and staff for their dedication to customer satisfaction. There is a large activity room on the seconf floor with plenty of activities for the kids. They also have PS5 which was used quite a bit by the kids in our group. The hotel also has an activity desk which will help you plan all the activities that you may wish to do during your stay. We used to plan outside activities during early morning hours only because of the traffic jam situation in the city. The rest of the day we enjoyed at Aloha itself. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Housekeeping services is very good.very good response and staff is also good.particularly dinesh tiwari and harshit and sumit negi works perfectly and nicely.very good housekeeping.aloha on the Ganges is very nice and one can enjoy very time

We visited Rishikesh - two families with 2 kids of 4 years of age. We chose Aloha because of the amazing view but more importantly the variety of activities that this place offers. And we were so happy when we reached there.. there is so much to do for all ages. The Ganga Aarti in the eve is mesmerizing.. they took special care of the kids with their food..which BTW is excellent! The food everyday was superb! I would especially like to applaud Vandana for her excellent service! She ensured we were comfortable and taken care! Must visit for all!

We two couples stayed @ Aloha on Ganges Rishikesh for two nights- Sept 27th and 28th’23. The initial check in experience was reasonable as we were put into the two separate one bedroom apartments. However, It turned out to be a nightmare with bad smelly room and unbearable drainage smell in one of the apartment. The Room freshener did not help. Request for shifting to better reasonable room was unheard with just no concerns. The first night was tolerated and next day several requests again went unheeded. When warned to go viral on social media with reporting in every travel portals the a lady Ms Vandana Kala stepped in - Room Division manager and really helped us out with possible shift. We thanked her to bringing back smile on our face. Honestly this should hv been done earlier The food is very good at breakfast so is at restaurant PATIO on riverside where we had dinner twice Excellent service by Mr Suraj and Bipin. We thanked the Chef Balawant for delicious dishes It ended well with pleasant note. Caution: Rooms needs more maintenance; Water flow in bathroom is poor ; hygienic standards needs lot more improvements: staff @ reception needs more training to ensure customer satisfaction Orientation towards customer is utmost needed as everyone may not find Ms Vandana to help as we met her accidentally when she was @ reception counter Or else we would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel purely on low heygenic standards.

Property with a great view of River Ganges flowing between mountains. Superb breakfast buffet prepared by Chef Prasad. Thank you Prasadji. High Tea by the Ganges every afternoon is awesome. Entire hotel staff is exceptional. Two bedrooms apartment we stayed in was spacious with access to balcony from both the rooms.

The Patio Resturant at this establishment has outstanding views an even better traditional food menu. Definitely try the Himalayan Chule Se and get no one other than Suraj Gusain to attend to your needs . To end off your evening live music as provided for by the musicians ends the evening off on a sweet note 📝
