Horrible experience it was. There was power shut down at night and no backup facility was there. Parking space was so bad and congested. The good reviews given are totally fake, kindly don’t fall for it.

Overall the stay was good. Staff, rooms were nice the only problem was the hotel location which was difficult to reach at the first instance

worst service... room is different as per mentioned on net.... no parking available but they said it's available.... very congested location... never ever book this... every good reviews mentioned about this hotel is fake....Lots of Misinformation ABT this hotel on the site...take ur own risk for this hotel...

Room is good 🙂 and luxurious. staffs behaviour is good . position of the hotel is near luxhman jhulla. There is a little up in the road to reach the hotel.

The room was not clean and there is no food facility. If you have your own vehicle, there is no parking facility. If you have to take anything then you have to walk 20-25 minutes back and forth.

Staff behaviour was horrible. They even didn’t have water bottles with them. Toilet seat was also not working.
