It was amazing stay..The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. The food at the restaurant was also great. All the staff were polite, friendly and did a great job. I especially appreciate Mr. Valentine's kindness. We hope we will come back soon.

Staying at St. Regis Hotel was an absolute delight. The impeccable service and hospitality, especially from Saqar, made my stay truly memorable. The luxurious accommodations and amenities exceeded my expectations.

An amazing hotel! The view from Stella Sky Lounge was mind-blowing. The team is very helpful and we especially thank Mehtap. She prepared special moktail, a birthday cake and ambience for us. It was an unforgettable day. Defintelly we will visit again.

Five stars laxuary hotel with brilliant service form the Hotel team members even though the breakfast is really amazing views The reception of the butler Ms.Assmaa and the reception Mr. Turky and Mr. Khaled and Ms. Samar the Suite 121 Via Suite with great view from the Sky lounge and the pool

4 Rooms, 1 night, Business Trip in March 2023. I paid for four rooms and put down incidental deposits on my Business Amex, assured of refunds within 15 days of departure. St. Regis also charged me 900 Euros on my Amex two days after we had already left and had no explanation when I inquired about this charge. Despite assurances of refunds, it's been over a month with no response despite multiple emails and calls, leading us to report it as FRAUD to the Amex Fraud dept. Googled this and saw that others have had the same issues with St Regis billing. I'm APPALLED that a 5-star luxury hotel is engaging in such illegal activities. We will never come back to this hotel.

Amazing service!! and the rooms are spectacular.. many thanks to Sager and the butler service team for making the stay so special.. the room dining was delicious and the team insured our stay is perfect in every aspect. Totally recommend..
