The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.

It definitely exceeded my expectations, this hotel is amazing I couldn’t find a flaw. From the staff to the rooms, it’s not just a regular stay, it’s an experience. I love it and will come back for sure

四季一如既往的服務，房間翻新過，非常值得推薦。地理位置也特別好，位於市中心，離東方紅中餐館也可步行，除了貴一點沒有任何缺點。

The hotel was 10/10 in every aspect, upon arrival I was well taken care of by Rakan he was super welcoming, as for the facilities, the gym, spa and pool were superb, the restaurant was 5 star. The mall attached to the building has everything you need with all the top luxury brands you can think of inside, on the top floor of that mall is a food court that all Michelin 5 star restaurants, it’s amazing, I will be back again this year! Thanks guys
