Excellent to stay in this hotel... Very affordable and service is good as they provide sufficient amenities for the couples.. Location is convenient...Just need to improved the breakfast arrangement.. But highly recommend to stay in this hotel... Deserved to give this hotel a five star...

The rooms are large, basically have private bathrooms, three meals are abundant, airport pick-up is provided, and they will take us to buy specialties and go shopping when we have time. It is a very suitable friend, and the beef chili sauce is quite good. Forgot to take pictures of the rich lunch. The picture is of a party where we went out to explore stores together. Like it.

To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

Breakfast is very suitable for Chinese people and clean. I will stay next time.

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

The room is clean and hygienic, the space is spacious, and the stay is warm and comfortable. Chinese Service, you can enjoy delicious three meals a day for free, and you can pay with WeChat, making people feel at home. The boss's service is enthusiastic and provides all kinds of convenience and help. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks! The location of the hotel is close to the bustling area in the center of Riyadh. It is very convenient for travel and shopping. I am very satisfied.

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.

The room is relatively large, but a bit old, and the overall hygiene is okay The overall hotel atmosphere and environment is relatively average, after all, it is a business hotel. The benchmark for domestic hotels is probably Vienna. It cannot be compared with international chains. After all, the price is relatively cheap in local hotels, so we will make do with it.
