Good location to services outside of hotel. Hot water was not functioning the first night but was fixed by late morning the following day.

The only reason I gave a 4 star for property facilities is because I ate at their restaurant and ordered a chicken ceaser salad and it came completely wet and soggy with chicken on top. Never eaten a ceaser salad like that. Other than that the stay was good. Just the food I tried I did not like.

A short walking distance from the ferry and walking distance to docks. Clean, quiet, and a very short walk to numerous dining locations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I ended up staying here on a last minute trip to Tortola and was impressed by this property. Clean, well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly!

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was not ready until 3:30, but they gave us an extra 30 mins for a late check out.

Clean, very nice room with microwave, refrigerator & small bar area with coffee. The staff was wonderful! Everyone including the housekeeping lady who greeted me with "Good Morning Love," were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again & , God wiling, I will again soon

2 minute walk from the ferry terminal, taxi stand in front of the hotel, restaurant on site with ocean side terrace, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. arranged a ride the day before with one of the taxis to get to the airport today, worked seamlessly.
