Hotel was nice, but smells of stale cigarettes. Our room had an odor as well. Pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again if needed. We were in centrailia for a baseball tournament.

We stayed there on way back after my mom fractured her shoulder. The night clerk was amazing. She brought up extra pillows.

Security at the lobby ****** was ride. Not all of them but one older lady was horrible. She made us feel uncomfortable.

Our room was nicer than expected and quite clean. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Lobby and common areas smelled really bad, which was off-putting, and the sound-proofing was poor enough that the room next door woke me up at 2:30AM when they came back from a night at the ****** (or wherever they were). Food options were not good with only some crappy pastries at a lobby coffee shop for breakfast.

Very quiet hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable. Slept 10 hours. Wish for more parking close to the hotel.

People were great. Room was large and bed was comfy. Sheet had a large rip and the coffee in the room was probably the worst hotel room coffee ever. Other than that, great. I wouldn't pay over 150 and the only reason we stayed was for a family event. Room are a bit pricey for what you get.

The room seems fine for the price. It is not convenient to get from the parking garage to the rooms. every elevator throughout the building smells like vomit. I could hardly breathe in every elevator, numbers one through four.
