There were two additional charges added to my credit card several days after our stay.One was for parking for one day, which I expected. The other $59 charge is unexplained. I have tried calling the billing/ account person 2 times, and the director of operations once, with no return phone call to explain these extra charges.

The hotel staff was very understanding when I needed to stay and extra night and had to ask for a late check out! Their parking as not great for a full size pickup, but there is great parking across the street.

I booked a pet friendly hotel. When I got there they charged me more than double what I paid for the room for staying for 12 hours for a pet fee. How ridiculous. Same fee for 1 month or 12 hours.

Loved that it was connected to Mayo hospital. Easy parking and didnt need to take the car to get to Mayo. Loved the suote room with plenty of room while my husband recovered from his surgery.

This hotel is connected to Mayo hospital and it made it so nice to take the walkways to the Subway floor. We had a suite room and it was spacious and worked well after my husbands surgery.

The room we stayed in had very old and worn out wall materials, bathroom fixtures and was just very old and tired looking. Definately in need of a remodel. Both beds appeared to be sunken in the middle. One mattress creaked upon sitting on bed.

Dirty, old and staff was rude. Heat isnt working very well in the room so its cold. Would not recommend staying here.

Kahler Inn and Suites is such a great place to stay and be able to get to Mayo Clinic through the underground corridor .
The afternoon happy hour and then dinner at the hotel was an added benefit in not having to go out to find a restaurant. The food was very tasty!

I liked that the hotel is connected to the Subway Level which brings you to the Mayo, restaurants and shopping.
