The staff was great. The room was fine. Unfortunately, there were girls hockey and gymnastics teams staying at the hotel, so they were everywhere. No extra pillows left. Hairdryer in room didn't work. Took a while for them to find another one.

We stay at this hotel because of weather. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean as was the whole hotel. The spa/hot tub was very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was offer lots of choices, was clean, and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel on future trips to Rochester.

The location was not easy to get to. I reviewed the pictures on the web and was excited that they served oatmeal. Unfortunate, those were old pictures, and they don't serve hot oatmeal. Breakfast had very limited choices.

Either condition of pool was terrible mold and leaking from ceiling.toilets didn't flush in any of the rooms unless you did it from inside the toilet tank.at breakfast other visitors had same problem. Never stsy there again

Were bugs all over the place. I picked up 9 of them. When I got back from Doctor appointments they were still running around. There was also some ants in the bathroom.

The lobby area floor was very dirty and needed to be washed.
And our room had no Kleenex and 1/2 roll of Toilet paper as we entered our room.

The stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Rochester South MN was very comfortable.
The place is clean and staff is very cordial and helpful.
The hotel is on the route for the shuttle to Mayo Clinic, and that was very helpful.

Lots of small things needing repair. Curtains ripped. Window screen ripped. Was this a sign of a break in? No soap in the rolm. A few signs of equipment or pictures removed from walls but holes still there. Hard to believe this is a Radisson prop.

Needed shampoo, a blanket, and extra towels, which were cheerfully provided. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast waffles and eggs. Breakfast items were refilled regularly. Extended family met out front where there were nice tables and chairs and even a gas fireplace.
