Great place for anyone using the Mayo Clinics...nice, big rooms, comfortable beds, microwave & small fridge for extended stay needs. Very good breakfast. Only negative was the super LOW toilet.

The guest had a family emergency and had to leave 2 days earlier. We told at the hotel what happened and they didn't want to process the refund. I must say we are very disappointed. Defenitely don't recommend it.

Going to Rochester for Christmas shopping, I found this location to be a good choice- very close to Apache Mall and it helped that I figured out the location on a map before I left. The breakfast was always good, and I enjoyed having a whirlpool tub in my room. The one thing that was frustrating was trying to figure out the heating unit in my room. It always seemed like I had cool air blowing, which wasn't good because I woke up one morning feeling that I was catching a cold. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable time at this location.

Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and hot every day and always refilled quickly. Hot tub was not working but pool was usable but small. Our room was clean and kept up throughout our stay. Shower had low water pressure no matter what time you took a shower, but it did the job. Would stay here again.

The front desk clerk was wonderful she was very friendly and helpful the room was super cute and clean but I wanted to rest and was unable to due to lots of running and noise from the kids next door and above me I just didn’t have the energy to go and have my room changed I would suggest if you go here to relax make sure your room is not next to a party

This is a nice HIE - as it is all new. However, if I fail to sleep the entire night because the bed isn't comfortable, doesn't matter to me the amenities, the view, the room size, etc. I need a good night sleep. I did not achieve that - tossed and turned all night. Invest a little bit on comfortable beds to help ensure a good night's sleep.
