The key card locked me out of my room 5 times and 6th one finally got me in there there was so much noise with the heater in the room i had to unplug it. The shower head was spray the ceiling and over the curtain all over the place. Had to put wash cloths on top of it, si wss a terrible shower

Appreciate the subway walk to Mayo with sub-zero temps outside! Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This property was clean and beds were comfortable, however the hotel is in serious need of updates. The carpet looked like it was from the 70’s, with stains.

Brentwood was clean, but the furniture was very old and uncomfortable. The cushions on the couch and chairs would compress to the frame when sat on. Bed was comfortable. A good place for one night stay and access to the Mayo. Needs to be updated!

Rooms are clean and convenients of subway to the mayo clinic.

Room had peeling paint, looked like it had not been refurbished in a long time. Had a nice breakfast and the room was clean. Tunnel to Mayo Clinic very handy and parking is good. Several nearby restaurants.

We stay here when my husband has his Mayo appointments. The hotel is somewhat dated. But the beds are pretty comfortable, they have a free breakfast and you can take the elevator right to subway level at the Mayo- without going out in the cold. Will continue to stay here when needed.
