Staff was helpful in that I had to change rooms 3 times because of issues with hot water. When I reported it, it sounded like it wasn’t a new issue.

Friendly desk staff, pleasantly surprised with complimentary beer and cocktails. Property is older but our room was clean and comfortable for a break on a long trip. Location is good with stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice. The property itself is a little outdated, but the rooms are very comfortable, clean and worth the price.

Getting into the room was an issue as the door sticks. Once in the room, it smelled like sewer. When we brought the issue to the front desk, they said they could put in a work order, but couldn’t move us as they didn’t have any more rooms. The issue was not taken care of during our 3 night stay.

Door wouldn’t open, once opened couldn’t lock it, missing the latch, crack in door like it was kicked in. Room was so nasty! Tub didn’t drain, sick didn’t drain. Just a nasty hotel!
