Liked · The staff across all departments—including the front desk, both restaurants, and the spa—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. The Junior Suite provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, while the room itself was impeccably clean and comfortably appointed. Disliked · The staff is polite, but not always readily available. If you wish to order a drink at the bar, enjoy afternoon tea at 5 PM, or even have a pastry, you may find yourself unattended, as there is often no one present to serve guests. On multiple occasions, the front desk was also left unstaffed. Regarding the room, the thermostat was not properly adjusted upon arrival, and despite requesting assistance from the front desk, the issue was not resolved. As a result, my first night was uncomfortably cold. It was only the following day that a maintenance technician addressed the problem. It is disappointing that housekeeping or those responsible for room preparation do not ensure the space is properly heated before a guest's arrival. While the room itself was aesthetically pleasing, the duplex layout proved impractical, particularly given the uncomfortable sofa. Overall, the experience fell short of the expectations for a four-star hotel.
