Since this is a B&B, there is not a front desk or a person to go to for help. Phone numbers are provided. There is a housekeeper, however she doesn't speak a lick of english. The owners have not set her up with a translation app on her phone, so she cannot communicate with anyone. Not her fault, but the owner should anticipate this issue. The room didn't look like the pixs. The big issue was the air conditioning and hot water. It was 28c. when we arrived, 88 degrees. It took hours to cool down. The next day we left to sight see, upon return the housekeeper had pulled the exectricity card and the room was again 88 degrees. Miserable! It was so hot that my cpap nose pillow melted and was gooey and unusable. Also, there was no hot water. So, miserably hot, ice cold shower, did not sleep well. When we comunicated this info in the review on ***********, the owner responded with a childish tirade complete with a personal insult on my age and nationality, with excuses that electricity was expensive, and finger wagging that I should be ashamed for my review. I was particularly impressed that the owner left the country and went to South Africa for vacation instead of attending to his business. My feeling is that ownership doesn't really care about the guest experience. I really don't believe he understands the guest experience at all. Also, the below question asks if there is a safe. Yes, but the instructions were not for that safe, so it was unusable.
